Where a student is under the age of 18, the student’s parent or legal guardian is responsible for:

• Booking and confirming lessons
• Supervising the student’s participation where appropriate
• Ensuring that the student has suitable internet access and a working device
• Communicating with Ghaith Academy regarding scheduling, payments, attendance, and progress
• Giving any permissions or consents required for the student’s participation

Parents and guardians must ensure that all information provided to Ghaith Academy is accurate and up to date.

3. Free Trial Lessons

A free trial lesson may be offered to help families understand the learning process and determine a suitable program.

A free trial does not guarantee enrollment, a specific teacher, a specific schedule, or future availability. Ghaith Academy may change, reschedule, limit, or discontinue trial availability when necessary.

4. Booking and Attendance

Students and families are expected to attend lessons at the agreed time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify Ghaith Academy as early as possible through the official communication channel provided to you.

Repeated late cancellations, missed lessons, or failure to attend without notice may affect future scheduling, teacher availability, or eligibility for make-up lessons.

5. Student Conduct

Students and parents are expected to communicate respectfully with teachers, staff members, and other students.

The following are not permitted:

• Abusive, threatening, offensive, or inappropriate language
• Disruptive behavior during lessons
• Sharing lesson links, private messages, or academy materials without permission
• Recording lessons, teachers, or students without prior approval

Ghaith Academy may suspend or discontinue services where conduct seriously affects the safety, dignity, or learning environment of teachers, students, or staff.

6. Lesson Materials and Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, worksheets, learning plans, recordings, website content, branding, graphics, and educational resources provided by Ghaith Academy remain the property of Ghaith Academy or their respective owners unless stated otherwise.

You may use these materials only for the enrolled student’s personal educational use.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, share, or commercially use academy materials without written permission.

7. Technology Requirements

Online lessons require a suitable device, stable internet connection, and access to the agreed online learning platform.

Ghaith Academy is not responsible for missed or interrupted lessons caused by internet failure, device problems, power outages, or issues outside the academy’s reasonable control.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to support rescheduling when a technical issue materially affects a lesson.

Payments must be made through the method agreed with Ghaith Academy.
